What AfCEN Deploy is
AfCEN Deploy is for busy small and medium businesses that already keep records. It reads the records you have, in a database, a spreadsheet or a till system, and lets you ask about your business in plain words.
Most tools ask you to type your business in again. Deploy starts from what you already have and sits beside the tools you use, so nothing is replaced. Every answer shows where it came from, so you can check the numbers.
AfCEN runs Deploy with people, not only software. A named member of the Deploy team sets it up with you, and Mansa, AfCEN's assistant, holds the first conversation.

Stock levels from your own records, before a customer asks for what is gone.

Questions people ask
Do I have to move my records?
No. Deploy reads them where they are and never changes or deletes them.
What if my records are in a notebook?
That is fine. The team helps you move them into a spreadsheet first.
What does it cost?
It is free for 90 days, then a monthly price set by your plan. Your proposal shows the price before you agree, and nothing is charged until you say yes.
Is my data kept private?
Each business's records are kept apart. You choose which sources Deploy reads, one by one, and you can download your reports and history at any time.
How do I get help?
Message the team on WhatsApp or send an email.
